The problem
Construction teams need access to inventory, workforce, and project data even when connectivity drops. The application needs to support local work and reconcile changes as connectivity returns.
The approach
Built local-first workflows with Electron and PouchDB, supported by role-aware database partitioning, secure IPC, and automatic conflict detection. React and Redux Toolkit support the application interface.

What the work delivers
The ERP work at PSquare included local data architecture for 10,000+ records, a 40% storage reduction, and sync time improvements from 30s to 5s.
